Sculpt On The Ball
Using the Stability ball for a complete body workout. As we work every muscle group, we also focus on balance & strength to create a lean strong body.

Core Pilates
Focuses on your abs and derriere areas to create a toned core and round, firm glutes.

Restorative Yoga
50 minutes of gentle stretching. We will work on restoring strength and flexibility to your spine. You will walk away with great posture and energy.

Belly Dancing
One hour of Belly Dancing. This class is cardio and uses your core like you've never used before.

Cardio Groove
Incorporates the CoreFitnessRoller with standing glute moves to lift and shape your legs and booty, giving you an incredible cardio workout that will leave you feeling great!

Fitness Fusion
Fitness Fusion is a 50 minute total body workout on the Core Fitness Foller. It incorporates foam rolling, balance and resistance to challenge the core and tone the body.

Fusion Flow
Core strength and body sculpting combined with mind body flow movements.

Core Transformation
