"Our facility" sounds so impersonal -- like a cold, dark gym. And just the opposite is true of Core Fitness Training. We pride ourselves on having created a "gym" that is fun, bright, and energetic.

 

Of course we offer state-of-the-art machines and cardio equipment perfect for private and semi-private training. And a full array of floor equipment as well including swiss sculpting balls, pilates rings and bands, free weights, and several other types of equipment to really help you mix up your workouts.

We have two large floor areas for group classes and customized training programs.



But most importantly, we offer trainers that help you find the right workout for you. And its fun!
